What does the price include?
The total amount of the reservation includes all selected room or apartment facilities, free parking and use of common areas.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
After making your reservation request, you will be contacted by our team for the email or telephone indicated during the reservation.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
You can pay for your reservation at the time of your arrival or by bank transfer (if the amount is received by us before your arrival date).
You need a deposit or a payment in advance?
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
Can I Cancel my reservation after I make the Deposit?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded after your cancellation confirmation.
